Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to Kalorix Premium features and are in addition to our general Terms of Use.

1. Plans and Pricing

Kalorix Premium is currently offered at $4.99 per month (or equivalent in local currency). The exact subscription price may vary depending on your country of residence and the applicable exchange rate and taxes set by the Platform.

2. Payment and Billing

All payments for Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (the "Platform"). You agree to be bound by the Platform's terms and conditions regarding payment and billing. We do not collect or store your payment information.

3. Automatic Renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD (EACH MONTH) UNLESS YOU TURN OFF AUTO-RENEWAL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT PERIOD.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the same price, unless otherwise specified.

4. How to Cancel

YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME BY ADJUSTING THE SETTINGS IN YOUR APP STORE ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Please note that deleting the App from your device does not cancel your Subscription. Access to Premium features remains available until the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, the trial period will be specified at sign-up. At the end of the free trial period, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription and your account will be charged, unless you have cancelled the auto-renewal in your Platform account settings before the trial ends.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Requests for refunds are handled solely by the Platform (Apple or Google) in accordance with their respective policies. We cannot authorize or process refunds. Where applicable law provides additional rights (e.g., EU consumer rights), those rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove features. If changes materially impact your subscription, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Agreement with Apple

These Subscription Terms are between you and 7Stockapp OÜ, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App downloaded from the Apple App Store is also subject to the terms set forth in Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict.
